Chris Davidson’s business and service interests revolve around his passion for enhancing lives and helping people reach their goals. Chris is Founder and Principal of IMPACT Advisory Group, a management training and consulting firm which serves corporations, academia, and government. In 2013, Chris founded Growth4Life, which serves as a marketing entity for a popular U.S. based manufacturer of high quality, “green” household products.
Growth4Life is dedicated to helping families go green by offering cost-effective alternatives to products made by companies like P&G, J&J, and Unilever. Chris’s role involves recruiting, training, and coaching new associates who are looking to supplement their income by referring customers.
Chris is an active member of Rotary International, having served as President of the Rotary Club of Newport News in 2012-13, and as District Membership Chairman for Rotary District 7600 from 2014-2016. Chris has spoken at numerous District, Zone and National Rotary events and is a recognized leader in Rotary’s “Young Professionals” initiative. He has also served on the Fort Monroe Planning Advisory board and the board of the Newport News Education Foundation.
In 2014, Chris was named to the Hampton Roads “Top 40 Under 40” by Inside Business Magazine & the Virginian Pilot newspaper. In 2017, Chris was elected Vice President of the York County Chamber of Commerce, where he enjoys helping local businesses thrive. Chris also volunteers as a business coach and mentor to emerging entrepreneurs, having helped dozens of new companies via business incubators and various start-up competitions. Chris resides in York County, VA with his wife and three children.
